What is Hyperproof?

Hyperproof is the platform that we use for our Managed Compliance Services. If you’re new to Hyperproof, we recommend having a look at the Getting started articles. These articles will teach you the basics of Hyperproof.

I want to learn more about Hyperproof. Is there a training platform resource available?

There’s a new Learning Management System which offers on-demand trainings and workshops to help you learn all the ins and outs of using Hyperproof. For more details on the new LMS, please refer to this FAQ.

How do I gain access to the on-demand workshops?

Hyperproof conducts monthly training sessions focused on how to utilize the platform’s features and functionalities. You can sign-up for upcoming workshops or watch recordings from the previous sessions available here.

How does Hyperproof handle user roles?

Hyperproof uses a two-tiered, role-based system. Administrators are at the top of both tiers and determine what users in their organization can and cannot do. For more information, please refer to Roles and Permissions Overview.

I can’t find the program I need. What do I do?

You can easily create your own program template by selecting Programs, clicking New, and then selecting Add a new program. See Creating your own program for more information.

Can I create a single Hypersync for multiple controls?

You can use labels as a workaround for attaching a Hypersync to multiple controls. First, create your Hypersync. Next, create a new label. Finally, link your controls to the label. Note that this only works if you select Versioning when you create the Hypersync.
